So, I go to get my eyebrows threaded today. I hadn’t been in a really long time and I wasn’t keeping up with the maintenance that well so I decided to go get them done. Well this time, upon first strike my eyes started watering. I have never cried before!

Threading is a painful process and makes waxing look like child’s play! Anywho, so I pay and tip the chick and walk to my car right? I look in the visor mirror (which makes all your imperfections painfully obvious) and realized that my eyelid had been CUT! It wasn’t bleeding but there was PINK flesh exposed. How do you cut someone ON THE EYE with a piece of THREAD!?

Needless to say, I won’t be back for a very long time. This is exactly why I’m a DIY girl. I never feel like I’m in hands more capable than my own.
