I grew up listening to and loving Whitney Houston my entire childhood. It feels like she was taken too soon. She was so amazingly talented and spirited and REAL. Many people get the option of hiding their skeletons but hers were on display. Nonetheless, her talent was undeniable and her music will live on.

Thank you, Whitney, for giving us real music that speaks to the heart.

*belts* I decided long ago never to walk in anyone’s shadows. If I fail, if I succeed, at least I’ll live as I believe. No matter what they take from me they can’t take away my dignity, because the greatest love of all is happening to me!
