Life is a constant journey. It is an uphill battle. It is a struggle toward progression day in and day out, unless you choose to die.
One thing that makes this journey through life a little easier is acquiring the right mentality. As of late, I have been making strides to increase my mental fortitude. I have been trying to keep the promises I make to myself. I have been trying to think positively. I have been trying to think in abundance rather than scarcity. I have been trying to stay focused on the things that I claim are important to me.
I know that this is new for me, and I am only a work in progress. However, I am working on gaining and keeping a strong mind. I think this, other than God’s grace, will be the biggest determining factor in the things I achieve for myself in life.
I think it’s important that we do things to increase our mental stability and fortitude.
I have been practicing a little yoga, praying, sticking to my to do lists, working on my time management, and trying to be my own advocate. I have a lot of things coming up in the near future that require concentration. I need to work on having a sound mind.
