Today I made it a mission to eat healthy. I went a little overboard with junk this weekend, so I wanted to make sure I got back on track. I decided to take pictures of my food (minus my snacks) to hold myself accountable. I intend to put more food stuff on the blog so I guess I can start here. Today was my first time trying Ezekiel bread and I can already tell that it’s going to be a favorite of mine!
Bfast
Greek yogurt, Bee free honee, some mulberries, goji berries, chia seeds, and nut mix.
Lunch
Ezekiel toast with avocado. Sprinkled with garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice with a side of grapes. This was so so so good.
Dinner
Super fruity salad. Spinach, butter lettuce, tomato, grapes, apricot, red bell pepper, cheddar and some eggs.
It always feels great to truly nourish the body!
