Don’t Believe Me Just Watch: Two Wristpieces on my Wish List

Have I mentioned that I am a wrist piece watcher? I would consider myself a secret admirer. I own one “big girl” watch, and wear it like it’s going out of style. I think it’s about time to add anoother piece to my budding collection. A nice watch sets off an outfit, and combines elegance and style with function. I’m all about function. Plus, there’s something about checking my watch instead of my cell phone for the time that makes me feel like a real adult.

I am absolutely partial to Fossil. That’s just where I go to buy watches. It’s a sleek, classic brand that keeps up with current trends, but remains authentic. It isn’t overly hyped right now, and doesn’t bother with cheeky advertisement, but allows the product to speak for itself. They’re beautiful watches with excellent quality for a reasonable price. Since I have a gold one already, I’ve been peeping this black Jacqueline watch by Fossil. It’s so beautiful, sleek, and simple. It’s just the right combination of dainty and drama. Love, love, love.

The second watch that has caught my eye is by Mistura. This brand has somehow managed to make wood sexy. Other than my mom’s dining room table, this is probably the sleekest wood I’ve yet to see. This Kamera watch in cofee can double as an accessory to a professional look, but also has a sporty feel to toughen up a look. I’m really into deep colors right now, so the chocolatey tone and the wood grain is perfect.

Both of these watches are fuss free. I’m not one of those girls who likes diamonds and glitter all over everything. They’re simple, yet beautiful. I want them. Both. So, if you happen to be reading this and you’d like to bless your girl with a lovely Christmas (or anything else) gift, I’d gladly accept. 🙂  In the meantime, these two beauties will sit pretty at the very top of my wish list.
